BARM 2024- Quality in products, services, customer relations (4 CDU/PDU)

The IIBA® Italy Chapter was founded in 2008 by a group of professionals representing the world of enterprises and universities. Today the Chapter is a point of reference for all Business Analysis activities in Italy. The Chapter organizes events (e.g. Innovation Challenge, Annual events as BAWI BARM, BANG, PMBA ) and BA laboratories,  study groups for the IIBA® certifications, researches for members and non members.
